Ensuring Quality in Ubuntu Translations

I'd like to suggest other Rosetta feature that could make 
translation QA easier:

1) Determining the translator of particular broken string, to give him
some advice. Right now it isn't even easy to figure out wheather
the string comes from upstream or it was translated in Rosetta.

2) After already mentioned reviewing suggestions from particular
translator, accepting them all in one step
