How can I translate Blender?

Blender is already registered in Launchpad:

  http://launchpad.net/products/blender/

I've created a 2.3 release series for it and linked that to the Ubuntu
Breezy "blender" source package, which does have translations. I'm not
sure why those translations are not showing up in Rosetta. Carlos, can
you comment?
