Typo in faqguide?

Hi

I'm translating the faqguide to Finnish and I'm wondering
whether there is a typo in item 24

There is a sentence "Names of products and trademarks and trade
protection laws and may thus fall under copyright restrictions."
                ^^^
Is there an extra "and" there or don't I just get it? If so, should
a minor thing like this be filed as a bug?
