Possibility to add freeware software to Rosetta?

Hello:

I'd be interested in using your great collaborative translation system
to translate the future (not released yet) freeware fangame King Quest
IX "Every cloak has a silver lining".[1]

I read that the system is refered to open source programs only, so I
want to know if I could add that project to Rosetta.
