Yeah. They are Comma Separated Values, but they aren't AFAIK, that
common in the translation world, unless they are the standard in Java or
whatever.

Luckily, Dwayne Bailey appears to have thought on every single case out
there, and have written a csv2po python script which is part of the
Translate Toolkit.

I don't know if it should be us or the TinyERP guys who should be in
charge of the conversion. Do we have a policy?
