CanDo Project Translation

Good morning,
My name is Aziz and I would like to provide
translation support to the CanDo project. 
I am also the president of the Center for Innovative
Communities (CIC). CIC is a non-profit education and
technology organization that is currently sponsoring
the CanDo project.  I will be translating CanDo into
French in the first step and into Arabic in a
following step.
What do I need to do to get started as soon as
possible?
