Hope for ku_TR locale?

Don't ask me why, but it seems part of that webpage is outdated. If you
look at the end of it, the changelog link has -ubuntu12, which reads:

 glibc  (2.3.5-1ubuntu12) breezy; urgency=low

   * Jeff Bailey <jbailey at ubuntu.com>
 
     * Add Serbian locale.
       - debian/patches/locale-sr_CS.dpatch: New file
       - debian/patches/00list: Update
 
     * Add Kurdish Locale.
       - debian/patches/ku_TR.dpatch: New file
       - debian/patches/00list: Update
