I'm sorry, it seems Colin Watson was creating CDs when Jeff went ahead
to upload, so yes, the Kurdish locale has missed the RC.

Jeff has made a package which adds your locale, ku_TR, and another one,
sr_CS, which were badly needed in Breezy.

Matt Zimmerman has accepted this upload after reviewing the changes. So
yes, Breezy will have your locale (but that was very close!)
