How to manage GUI and documentation translation for the same project

First of all, thank you for ubuntu and all the things you bring to
GNU/Linux and South Africa !!!

I think that i understand the way to do it.
Thank you for the tips.
Maybe it's something to explain in the doc section of rosetta ?
