Request for “streamtuner” translation setup

Ok. A few comments.

For your next requests, please do point me at po files. If I only import
a pot file, the already done translations in the tarball might get lost.
I uploaded all that was included in the 0.99.99 tarball.

If Jean-Yves is ok with making rosetta the official infrastructure for
streamtuner translations, you should mark that in the "Laucnhpad usage"
link in your product page.

Furthermore, if you want to give him ownership of the product, please go
ahead.
