Setting up Rosetta

Checkout te Rosetta FAQ at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/RosettaFAQ

Basically, you can create a product in Launchpad and a series for what
you want to get translated (HEAD, 1.2-stable or whatever your branch is
called). Once you have that ready, you can tell us where to get the
translation files as instructed in the wiki.
