Yes, after the initial upload, you will be able to upload updates
yourself.

To be able to do the initial import, we need that you create a release
for that product to associate the POT file with it, please, fill this
form:

https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/products/roundup/+series/main/+addrelease

After you create it, just send me an email and I will do the initial
import.
