No, we don't have a way to send those translations back. We give a way
to get the .po files so you can send them back.
The best option we have atm is that you talk with the Slovenian
translation team for GNOME and coordinate with them.
We are working on a way to improve the coordination, but it's a non
trivial task so until we find and implement a good way to do it
automatically, we relay on you (the translators) to coordinate with the
other teams.
