New translation group handling in Rosetta

Hi Carlos,

The Ubuntu Italian Translators
(https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/people/ubuntu-l10n-it) don't appear on
that page. Is that intentional? Also, there appear to be three norwegian
teams, not sure if that is intentional or not.
