Moving OOo translation project over to Rosetta/Launchpad

Yes, while it's clumsy, it's possible to do it that way.

I think this is what our UI mockup looked like more or less. I can't
remember if there were usability problems with some of the details
though.

Absolutely, that's one of the ways Rosetta permits working. I case of
clashes, if both translators have rights to "write" changes to the
translation, the last one to come will take precedence, as Rosetta will
consider it has been updated.
