If you look at the source, you'll see the format of these translations
is really obfuscated and nothing resembling a standard gettext file. We
can't translate bitchx in rosetta.

All launchpad users, AFAIK, get a ubuntu address, with
yourname at ubuntu.com. Debian addresses are exclusively provided to Debian
developers, and I don't think there are plans to give private http space
for launchpad users.
