Where has the Upload feature gone?

The interface has been reorganised a bit in the last update. You can
still find your "Upload" link in the /+pots/whatever url of your
product, in the box at the right.

For example, have a look at this URL, and notice the "Upload a file"
link.

Please help us weed them out. Whenever you see a system error, try to
file a bug as directed in the error message. Rosetta is a complex system
and is getting better, but we're going to see system errors every now
and then as the Rosetta and Launchpad team stomps on the bugs.
