Import queue problem and mailman address

Hi everyone,
There seems to be some kind of problem with the import queue right now.
This means that if you've requested an import lately and it has already
been processed, you might find your template is apparently there, but
shows up with 0 translatable strings.
Hopefully this will be fixed tomorrow.
On another note, the other day I said that anyone wanting to request a
new mailing list for translation matters to a specific language could
ask for one to the Ubuntu listmasters at mailman-admin at lists.u.c.
The correct email address for this is mailman at lists.ubuntu.com. Sorry if
that caused some kind of confusion, and please resend your list creation
requests if you already did so and your mail got bounced back.
