Translating in Rosetta without contacting upstream?

Hi Quim. You can do this, but there is a real risk that you end up
repeating work that someone else is doing elsewhere. It's best at least
to let upstream know that you will be doing the work, and to import all
the languages at the same time, to minimise the risk of overlapping work.
