Quickguide: upload existing translation

Hi there,

Now that the quickguide is added to rosetta (thanks Carlos), can someone
please upload the French translation of it, found here:

https://docteam.ubuntu.com/repos/tags/ubuntu-docs-1.0/quickguide/

I see that someone has already started translating it into French, and I
don't want any effort to go to waste!!
