Importing .po files

You do that from URLs like:

https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/distros/ubuntu/hoary/+sources/dhcp3/+pots/pkgconf-dhcp3/no/+edit

The problem is that we detected a bug last week:

https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/malone/bugs/394

It's fixed but it's not yet applied to the server, I hope it will reach
the server this week, until that moment, you can upload .po files only
if there were translations before the import into Rosetta.
