Usually, if you are member of one of the Ubuntu Translation Teams, go
directly to an URL like:

https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/distros/ubuntu/hoary/+sources/grisbi/+pots/grisbi/de/+edit

and upload the .po file for that language.

But seems like we had a problem with that concrete module that prevents
us to use that form.

I just fixed the automatic upload do they should appear in the next
hours. The upload form for it should be fixed tomorrow.

In the future, if you are not a member of any Ubuntu Translation Team,
you can forward any .po upload to any of them. You can see the list of
members from: https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/people/ubuntu-translators

But usually is better if you open a bug report at
https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/malone/products/rosetta because it usually
means that the automatic import (we import automatically all
translations from upstream tarballs into Rosetta as soon as they are
imported into Ubuntu's archive) is not working correctly.
