Importing .po files

What is upstream translations?

PS. If you use e.g. Evolution, reply with Ctrl+L (shourtcut for reply to
list, it's in the Actions menu) because I got two examples of this mail
since rosetta-users at lists.ubuntu.com was only the CC: receiver. No hurt
feelings, I've had the same problem myself :)
