I've implemented hilighting of c-format interpolation sequences and
merged it into the alpha server. It's a bit ugly at the moment, but it
seems to work.

Sadly, it doesn't work for messages which have %-style interpolations
but don't have the c-format message set, and it won't work for
strftime-style escape sequences.

I've also merged the following changes:

 - Messages are sorted in the correct order in the translation
   interface.

 - The user who you're logged in as is now displayed.
