PO download fails

Yes, it works for me now. I did enter the same URL before, though. Well, 
actually, I didn't even enter a URL, I clicked on "GNOME Panel" on the front 
page and then on "Download .po". Then I got the error.

Could it be that I now actually provided some German translations? There were 
none before...
