Problems login in rosetta web system

I'm having problems as well. I tried to login using my email address and the 
password that was sent to me. The server rejects the login and has my browser 
present the authentication box two more times. Upon the third time entering the 
same user/pass, I get a page showing:

  Unauthorized
  ('browserDefault', 'launchpad.AnyPerson')
