Maybe, just try it and think about your needs. It can be useful for
other projects.

That's depends about what you what to do. At Gnome-es, we try to give
the best quality to all translations, so Rossetta still lacks some
features I want.
Another issue is that Rossetta is not free software, so maybe you can
think you don't want to use this software at all by freedom reasons.

Currently not. The Gnome project does not use Rossetta, and maybe in a
future it will require a public discussion about if it is convenient to
use it or not.
