  * QA Upload.
  * Change maintainer to QA Group.
  * Apply patch by Peter Pearse to enable cross-building.
    Closes: #616046
  * debian/ cleanup:
    - Bump debhelper compat to 9
    - Remove Conflicts and Replaces for packages not
      in oldstable (that is all of them)
    - Use dpkg-buildflags
    - Add watch file
