kde4libs (4:4.9.0a-0ubuntu2) quantal; urgency=low

  * debian/control: break circular recommends dependency on kdelibs5-plugins.
    It depends on libkhtml5 and libkio5 so libkhtml5 and libkio5 shouldn't
    recommends it. kde-runtime already Depends on kdelibs5-plugins and
    kde-runtime is a dependency of the KDE desktops already. A library
    shouldn't have a Recommends on additional functionality and people should
    be able to install libkhtml5 and libkio5 by themselves, with the option
    to also install kdelibs5-plugins. Furthermore, if applications using
    libkhtml5 and libkio5 really need kdelibs5-plugins, then those
    applications should be adjusted to Recommends kdelibs5-plugins.
