  * Remove some tests depending on a access to the Internet. Closes: #654985
  * Add fix_definition_CutSymbol_in_test_cut_symbol.patch to ensure that
    Bio::RestrictionEnzyme::CutSymbol is defined
  * Set to extra the priority of transitional packages
  * Depends on ruby-libxml instead of libxml-ruby
