tinywm (1.3-7) unstable; urgency=low

  * Update debian/control.
    - Update email address.
    - Remove Dm-Upload-Allowed.
    - Update Standards-Version to 3.9.2.
    - Change build system from cdbs to debhelper.
  * Change format to 3.0 (quilt).
    Add source/format file.
  * Add patches/add_install_taget.patch.
  * Fix build with ld --as-needed. (Closes: #641397)
    Add patches/fix_ftbfs_ld_as_needed.patch.
