wmacpi (2.2~rc5-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Switch to source format 3.0 (quilt).

  * debian/control:
    + Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.2 (no changes).
    + Do not recommend wmaker, as dockapps can be used with a number of other
      window managers.
    + Drop dpatch build-dep.
  * debian/rules:
    + Drop dpatch code.
