  * 00debian.el: Mark file with 'lexical-binding: t'.
  * 00debian.el: Use setopt, not setq.
  
  * Suggest emacs-editing-major-modes.
  
  * Disable flymake included-c-header-files test to fix build with
    gcc-14 (Closes: #1074936).
