  * SECURITY UPDATE: Application crash via uncaught std::out_of_range
    exception in PCLPointCloud2::at
    - debian/patches/CVE-2024-53432.patch: Add excpetion handling to the
      caller function pcl::PLYReader::vertexIntensityCallback of
      io/src/ply_io.cpp.
    - CVE-2024-53432 
  * Make test_timestamp pass in all time zones
    - debian/patches/0005-Fix-test-timestamp.patch: Re-write test
      assertions to avoid using the getTimeOffset() function, which only
      works for systems in UCT.
