  * Add explicit python3-setuptools to Build-Depends
  * Replace pkg-config build dependency with pkgconf (lintian warning).
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.0
  * Add new patch to really remove code relying on distutils.
  * Update meta-information of patch that got merged upstream.
