meta-phosh (40) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Upload to unstable
  * phosh-core: Recommend feedbackd's device themes.
    Improves device usability for those that have themes.
  * core: Recommend jxl pixbuf loader.
    GNOMEs backgrounds use these
  * core: Move gstreamer-packagekit to recommends.
    It pulls in packagekit which can be a CPU hog on mobile and users might
    want to remove it.
  * phosh-full: Move livi to Recommends.
    This way we can upload to unstable
  * phosh-core: Bump dependencies to the 0.40.
    This way we ensure we get the updated defaults
  * core: Recommend sound theme
