  * Fix trailing comma in description.
  * d/control: Add reason for architecture list of librav1e-dev dependency.
  * d/rules: Disable uncompressed codec which doesn't work correctly on big-endian systems.
  * d/control: Add links to used libraries to plugin package descriptions.
  * Add decoding smoke test.
