  * Remove unneeded build dependencies
  * Accept prereleases in d/watch
  * New upstream version 2.18.1~rc1. Closes: #1075093
  * Push Standards-Version to 4.7.0. No changes needed
  * Fix type of jumpcon in (e)cl/main.c
