About novnc package

Hi maintainers,

I actually work on openstack packaging for debian.
I have opened a issue on the novnc to propose to split the package.
I just want some comments about the solution with the ubuntu novnc maintainer. 
When we are ok, I will do the work :-)

The idea is to keep the debian and ubuntu package closer, this is why I
want your opinion/plan for this package.
