Openstack Charm Developers Meeting

Hi All,

    I'd like to setup a weekly meeting for people involved in contributing
to the Openstack Charms. That includes contributors from both inside and
outside of Canonical. I think the best medium for this is probably IRC. So,
this is what I was thinking:

Time: Every Wednesday 16:30 UTC
Location: IRC on Freenode
Agenda:
    Review ACTION points from previous meeting
    State of Development for next Charm Release
    High Priority Bugs
    Open Discussion

Any feedback at all greatly received, otherwise I'll go ahead and schedule
it.
