  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - Build with -mno-vsx on ppc64, otherwise the tests fail.
    - Build for multiarch, adding Pre-Depends: multiarch-support to the
      shared library packages.
    - Use DESTDIR instead of prefix when installing.

  * Build with --enable-test because it breaks the env_sig function
