  * Resynchronise with Debian.  Remaining changes:
    - Update the mlocate database (Debian #627332).
    - Update the Apt Xapian index (Debian #627716).
    - Add Kubuntu hook to remove GNOME icon cache (Debian #630088).
    - Add hook to remove .pyc files (Debian #631281).
    - Add wubildr build support.
    - Use the correct mirror locations for Ubuntu ports.
    - Fix up live.cfg for casper.
  * Fix spelling of ubuntu-casper-normalisation patch.

  * Since we don't have global packages anymore, renaming
    lb_chroot_local-packages to lb_chroot_packages and
    config/chroot_local-packages to config/chroot_packages.
