  * DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeQuirks.py:
    - enable multiarch on amd64 during the upgrade
    - add new "PreCacheOpen" hook and use it for the multiarch
      enabling
  * DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeCache.py:
    - when checking for missing "priority: required" packages
      ignore the foreign architecture ones
