    + Bump debhelper-compat from 10 to 13.
    + Set field Rules-Requires-Root:yes.
    + Add myself as an uploader (See: #960223, #993864).
    + Update VCS repository to point to salsa.debian.org.
    + Add missing misc:Pre-Depends Dependency.
    + Drop unused build-dependes on python and perl.  (Closes: #938628)
  * d/rules:
    + Drop explicit clean target that was masking dh_auto_clean, and
      move the list of files to d/clean.
    + Drop usless variables.
    + Simplify targets by using the new execute_after_* targets from dh 13.
    + Add hardening.
  * d/watch:
    + Update source url and add repacksuffix.
    + Bump version from 3 to 4; use the new subst variables.
  * Remove debian/get-orig-source.sh in favor of pure uscan.
