  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Install files from debian/tmp, not from the build directory
    (Closes: #990644)
  * Bump debhelper from old 11 to 13.
  * Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends.
  * Update standards version to 4.6.0, no changes needed.
  * Avoid explicitly specifying -Wl,--as-needed linker flag.
  * Don’t override dh_auto_configure thus enabling multiarch installation.
  * Declare multiarh support.
  * Don’t install or patch .la files and explicitly mark them as such.
