gdb-avr (13.2-3ubuntu1) noble; urgency=medium

  * Fix quoting of $(CPPFLAGS) which worked for hilarious reasons before (it
    ran configure with an environment variable called "-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE" set
    to "2").
