eccodes (2.34.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release
  * Remove obsolete Breaks/Replaces/Conflicts from d/control
  * In dh rule, place env variables before not after the dh call,
    as otherwise parameters are messed (--no-parallel was being ignored
    leading to intermittent race  in gfortran mod creation)
  * Add fortran:Depends to d/control for libecccodes-dev
