  * Import php8.2 Ubuntu changes:
    - d/rules: fix PHP_EXTRA_VERSION setting. This now uses the new upstream
      build support for setting that variable. (LP #1989196)
    - d/{tests,tests.in}: test PHP_EXTRA_VERSION setting.
    - d/{patches,rules}: move disabling the upstream garbage collection
      routine into a patch. (LP #1772915, Closes: #831752)
