  * Remove Stuart from uploaders as he changed to the Emeritus status.
    (Closes: #1011995).
  * Replace libpcre3-dev with libpcre2-dev. (Thanks to Yavor Doganov).
    (Closes: #1000041)
  * Bump to Standards-Version 4.6.2 (no changes required).
  * Update copyright file.
  * Remove lsb-base from Depends as it is no longer needed.
  * Change obsolete pkg name (pkg-config => pkgconf).
  * Fix mismatched Lintian override.
