  * Team upload
  * d/p/mixer.c-add-missing-dynamic_fluidsynth.h-include-fixes-bu.patch:
    Add patch from upstream to fix an implicit declaration, which now
    causes FTBFS (Closes: #1066329)
  * d/patches: Improve patch metadata
  * d/tests: Run Xvfb with -noreset to make the test more reliable.
    See #981201. While we're here, also let xvfb-run choose a display
    number instead of hard-coding :99.
